The 2017 White Mice Poetry Contest<\/h2>\n

A Call for Poems on HARBOR<\/h3>\n

No entry fee. \u00a0Prizes: 1) a one-year membership in the International Lawrence Durrell Society; 2) publication in Deus Loci<\/em>, the ILDS journal, and on this website; and 3) an invitation to read at the next International Durrell Society Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on July 4-7, 2018.<\/p>\n

DEADLINE: October 1, 2017. \u00a0Submit one to three poems on “Harbor” — port, haven, cove, inlet — both literal and metaphorical, along with a brief biography.\u00a0 Use 12-point Times New Roman font; no more than one poem per page. Submissions must be previously unpublished (and not to be published during the course of the contest). \u00a0All poems will be considered for publication.<\/p>\n

Poems must be submitted electronically to the\u00a0poetry editor<\/a> as an MS Word or RichText attachment. \u00a0Poems must be submitted without any identification; include name, address, and phone number in an accompanying e-mail.<\/p>\n
